Bill oversees the development and/or expansion of each community, as well as managing the hiring of managers and other personnel. "I move dirt and motivate people," is how Bill sums up his responsibilities. Upon his graduation from Davenport College (now Davenport University), Bill moved into Leisure Village as resident manager, to learn first-hand about the company his father, W.A. Lettinga, founded in 1971.
Michael Lettinga, Chief Financial Officer

Michael is responsible for the financial management of Kentland Communities and its subsidiaries, including feasibility studies and acquisitions.
Ken Klotz, Regional Manager

Ken is continuously on the road, traveling between the nearly 20 Kentland developments, working with the manager of each community and reports to Bill and Michael.
Greg Ellens, TC Home Sales Agent

Greg has been in sales for over 30 years and has spent the last 11 years selling manufactured homes. TC Home Sales, the sales division for Kentland, has homes for sale in most of the Kentland communities. Greg reports to Bill and Michael.
Ken Kuiper, Listing and Sales Agent

Ken Kuiper has been in the manufactured housing industry since 1978, and has been selling homes since 1978. At Kentland Home Sales, Ken is responsible for advertising homes on Web sites, showing and selling homes to potential homeowners, and assisting with financing when needed.
Amy Stanek, Accounting Assistant/Loan Manager for TC Financial Holdings

Amy manages all loans and accounts payable for TC Financial, including processing new loans and payments, the collection process and more. She also assists Greg Ellens with home purchases and repairs.

Mary is Kentland's in-house attorney. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Mary has had extensive experience in representing Kentland's parks and legal interests since 1987.
